Summary0000155: Installation fails if WoR is run from a FAT volume
Description

I've extracted the WoR application onto my Z: drive, which is FAT formatted. I get the following error when trying to install onto an SD card:

2021-07-02 09:49:32.9158 [error] Microsoft.Dism.DismException (0xC142011F): The volume of the specified mount path does not support reparse points. Please mount to a volume that supports reparse points.

I presume that you can't DISM mount onto a FAT volume, hence the error.

WoR should probably check if target it's mounting to is a NTFS volume and if it isn't, either warn the user or request a NTFS path to mount to.
Or at the very least, it probably should be noted down somewhere (or just always give the user the option of where to mount).

Steps To Reproduce

Run WoR.exe from a non-NTFS volume and attempt installation to another device.
