Summary0000149: WoR.exe Refusing to Start Due To OS
Description

Hello,
After setting up the install.wim image correctly I then unzipped the latest WoR folder and ran WoR.exe. I was then greeted by the application telling me that I cannot use it because I am using the wrong OS. I am currently using Windows 10 Home 20H2 due to the fact I cannot upgrade due to update errors. I have tried several times with the same result and no change. I have included the logs for the WoR application and will be happy to give more evidence.
Thanks,
swanser

Can you try running the wmic path win32_Operatingsystem get Version command in a CMD window and post the output here?

The WMI service isn't supposed to be disabled.
Run net start winmgmt in a CMD window as administrator. You can also do it via services.msc (look for "Windows Management Instrumentation").

Managed to fix it using services(Turn out it was disabled). Here is the output to the earlier command:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>wmic path win32_Operatingsystem get Version
Version
10.0.19043

C:\WINDOWS\system32>
